Step by Tiny Step
Ok, I know there’s been a bit of a drought here on my blog in the way of posts, but that doesn’t mean I’m not up to WAY too much stuff! Yes, you’re getting an onslaught of posting-goodness now because I’ve finally taken the time to sit down and organize my pictures and words!
So, the Tiny House. Forgotten? Not at all! In fact, I have nearly everything I need for the construction of my little dream now and it looks like I’ll be building the tiny house with the help of friends and family over the holidays this year.
The most recent tiny step in the right direction was getting my siding and beam down from the mill where it was cut in North Carolina. HUGE thanks to my friends Lynn and Gary for hauling every last piece down in their trailer!! I have the most wonderful friends in the world. The siding is white pine and the beam is yellow pine and a massive 6″ x 10″ x 18′ long!
Once the trailer arrived the real work was unloading it and stacking it so it can continue drying! See the pics below:
